Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
3 tbsp miso paste
1 L chicken or vegetable broth
250 g ramen noodles
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 boiled eggs, halved
Chopped green onions for serving
Method
Heat the oil in the Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the miso paste and combine it well with the ingredients.
Pour in the broth and scrape up any bits stuck to the pot. Add the ramen noodles and bok choy.
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
After cooking, do a quick release of the pressure. Serve the ramen hot, topped with boiled egg halves and green onions.
