Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup long-grain rice
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 carrot, diced
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Begin by turning on the Instant Pot and selecting the sauté function.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is soft.
3. Mix in the diced chicken, carrot, salt, pepper, and paprika, stirring well for around 5 minutes.
4. Pour the rice into the pot, followed by the chicken broth and frozen peas.
5. Seal the lid, set to manual mode, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
