Homemade Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients
400 g tomato passata
100 ml apple cider vinegar
100 g brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground allspice

Method
Combine the tomato passata and apple cider vinegar in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add the brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, black pepper, and allspice.
Stir the mixture until everything is well blended.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat and let it cook for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool before transferring to a bottle or jar.
