Ingredients
– 250 g fresh cranberries

– 1 medium orange (zest and juice)
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Begin by rinsing the cranberries under cold water. Discard any that are soft or spoiled.
2. Combine the cranberries, water, sugar, orange juice, zest, cinnamon, and salt in a medium saucepan.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. After it thickens, remove the sauce from heat and let it cool before serving.
