Ingredients
60 ml unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
240 ml heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Pasta of your choice (enough for 4 servings)
Method
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cream cheese until fully melted.
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Toss the sauce with cooked pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
