Ingredients
- 300 g icing sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- Food colouring (optional)
Method
- In a medium bowl, add the icing sugar.
- Pour the milk into the bowl, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Add melted butter and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- Stir everything together until smooth and combined.
- If desired, mix in food colouring to achieve your preferred hue.
