Ingredients

– 200 ml chicken broth

Method
1. Place the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion in the slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the spice mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
4. Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker and stir everything together.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
