Ingredients
– 500g cocktail sausages
– 300ml barbecue sauce
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Place cocktail sausages in a slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the sausages in the slow cooker.
4. Stir until sausages are well coated with the sauce.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through. Garnish with parsley if desired.
