Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges, leaving the skin on for extra crunch.
3. Place the wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and rosemary. Toss well to coat all the wedges evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned wedges out on the prepared baking tray in a single layer.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
