Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
– 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
– 1 cup chicken broth
– ½ cup milk
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 sheet puff pastry
– 1 egg, beaten
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and frozen vegetables to the pan. Stir for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. Spread the chicken mixture into a baking dish. Lay the sheet of puff pastry over the top and trim the edges. Gently cut a few slits in the pastry for steam to escape.
5. Brush the beaten egg over the pastry. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
