Ingredients
– 300 g chicken breast, sliced
– 2 cups mixed vegetables (like carrots, capsicum, and broccoli)
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cups chow mein noodles
– 200 ml chicken broth
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and onion to the pan. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Toss in the chicken slices. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
5. Add the chow mein noodles and chicken broth. Mix well and heat until everything is warm.
