Ingredients
- 1 can of biscuits (around 340 grams)
- 1 cup of cooking oil
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Extra powdered sugar (for dusting)
Method
- Start by heating the cooking oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat.
- Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits, then use a small round cutter to make holes in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully place the doughnuts in the hot oil, cooking for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, then dip the warm doughnuts into the glaze or sprinkle them with extra powdered sugar.
