Method
1. Start by combining the cream cheese and beer in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
3. Incorporate the shredded cheese and keep stirring until the cheese has fully melted.
4. Pour in the salsa and continue to mix until everything is heated through.
5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm with your favorite snacks.
