Ingredients
- 500 g beef steak, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cook the beef for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil and toss in the sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and combine everything before serving in warm tortillas.
