Ingredients
– 500g beef fillet, sliced thinly
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 2 teaspoons cornstarch
– 1/4 cup water
– Cooked rice, for serving
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
4. Add the broccoli florets along with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Mix the cornstarch with water in a small bowl, then add it to the pan. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens. Serve with cooked rice.
