Ingredients
– 500 g spaghetti
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 egg
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 2 cups marinara sauce
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix the minced beef, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Combine the cooked spaghetti and marinara sauce in a large baking dish. Add the meatballs on top and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
