Ingredients
– 500 g frozen ravioli
– 450 g Italian sausage
– 500 ml marinara sauce
– 250 ml water
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Fresh basil for garnish
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3. Stir marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder into the skillet. Mix everything well.
4. Spread half of the sausage mixture in a baking dish. Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top. Add the rest of the sausage mixture and the remaining ravioli.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
