Ingredients
– 4 large potatoes
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 cup diced ham
– ½ cup sour cream
– ¼ cup chopped chives
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for about 45 minutes or until soft.
4. Once done, remove them and carefully slice open the top of each potato.
5. Fill each potato with diced ham, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped chives.
