Ingredients
– 600 g cod fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– 1 lemon
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place the cod fillets on the prepared tray. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
3. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.
5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
