Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks (your choice, about 500g total)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Rub olive oil onto the steaks to keep them moist while cooking.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium rare, flipping halfway through.
- While the steaks are cooking, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and parsley, then stir briefly.
