Method
1. Begin by preheating the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
2. Coat each cod fillet with olive oil, ensuring they are completely covered.
3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets.
5. Place the seasoned cod in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until flaky and golden. Serve with lemon wedges.
