Ingredients
– 500 g carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2. In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Place the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
5. If desired, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving.
