Ingredients
– 500 g gnocchi
– 1 head broccoli, chopped
– 400 g canned white beans, drained and rinsed
– 400 g diced tomatoes
– 200 ml vegetable broth
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 cup grated cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a large baking dish, combine gnocchi, chopped broccoli, white beans, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
3. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir everything together until well combined. Top it with grated cheese.
5. Bake for around 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
