Ingredients
– 500 g ground turkey
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 300 ml chicken broth
– 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Grated cheese, for serving
Method
1. Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion becomes soft.
2. Place the ground turkey in the pot. Break it apart with a spoon and cook it until it’s no longer pink.
3. Pour in the canned tomatoes, chicken broth, pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
4. Seal the lid and set the pot to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. After cooking, let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
5. Serve the turkey spaghetti warm, topped with grated cheese.
