Ingredients
– 1 cup strong coffee
– 250 ml cream
– 1 cup dulce de leche
– 1 cup mascarpone cheese
– 1 cup milk
– 12 ladyfinger biscuits
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Cocoa powder for dusting
– A pinch of salt
Method
1. Brew the coffee and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the mascarpone, dulce de leche, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.
3. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee, then layer them in a serving dish.
4. Spread half of the cream mixture over the first layer of ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top.
