Dulce De Leche Chocolate Cheesecake Bars: Irresistible Dessert Delight

Ingredients

– 1 cup digestive biscuits, crushed
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 600 g cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup dulce de leche
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 100 g chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
2. Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, dulce de leche, and cocoa powder until everything is evenly combined.
5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
