Ingredients

Method
1. Start by placing the noodles into a large bowl.
2. Pour hot water over the noodles and let them soak for about 3 minutes.
3. Add fresh vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
4. Stir everything together until the noodles and vegetables are well combined.
5. If desired, slice the boiled egg and place it on top before serving.
