Ingredients
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup of frozen peas
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 eggs, beaten
Method
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it becomes soft. Stir in the garlic, carrot, and bell pepper, cooking for a few more minutes. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked. Combine everything together, then stir in the cooked rice, peas, and soy sauce, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing all the flavors to blend.
