Ingredients

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and paprika, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Mix in the cooked rice and spinach, cooking just until the spinach wilts.
