Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast
– 2 cups broccoli, chopped
– 1 cup carrot, sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cups cooked rice
Method
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, broccoli, and carrot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Drizzle the soy sauce and honey over the chicken and veggies. Stir well to coat everything.
5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before enjoying.
