Ingredients
- 9 lasagna sheets
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add the minced beef and cook until browned. Stir in the diced tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture in a baking dish. Layer three lasagna sheets on top, followed by ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
