Ingredients
– 500 grams of chicken breast

– 1 can (400 grams) of diced tomatoes

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic; sauté until they become soft.
3. Mix in the sliced bell pepper and diced chicken, cooking until the chicken is browned.
4. Stir in the rice, paprika, diced tomatoes, and vegetable stock, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
