Method
1. Begin by mixing yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
2. Add the diced chicken to the bowl and stir until the pieces are well coated.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve over mixed salad greens and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
