Ingredients
2 cups corn flour
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cooked pork, shredded
1 cup black olives, sliced
½ cup raisins, chopped
½ cup almonds, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
Method
Start by mixing the corn flour with the salt and cumin in a large bowl.
Slowly add chicken broth while stirring until a smooth dough forms.
Spread a small amount of dough onto a banana leaf or parchment paper.
Layer shredded chicken, pork, olives, raisins, and almonds on top of the dough.
Fold the banana leaf over the filling and tie securely with kitchen string.
