Ingredients

Method
1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and sugar.
3. Next, add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir everything together until smooth.
4. If you want, fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips for extra flavor.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
