Method
1. Begin by cooking the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes along with oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the spinach to the tomato mixture and cook until wilted. Combine this sauce with the drained spaghetti.
5. Serve hot, topped with grated cheese and fresh basil.
