Ingredients
- 400 grams of spaghetti

- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 400 grams of canned diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Begin by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until it becomes soft.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped zucchini, and red bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in the canned diced tomatoes along with the oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Let this mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the vegetable sauce. Mix well and serve hot.
