Ingredients
300 g cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup dill pickles, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
4 cups mixed salad greens
Method
1. Start by shredding the cooked chicken into a large bowl.
2. Chop the dill pickles and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
3. Mix in the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
5. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of mixed salad greens.
