Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar to the bowl, mixing until combined.
Incorporate the cold butter, crushing it into the mixture, followed by the milk, egg, and vanilla.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
