  • 3 ripe bananas

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Stir everything until well combined.
