Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 250 ml plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika in a bowl.
- Add diced chicken to the mixture. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Assemble wraps using lettuce leaves, then add chicken, cucumber, and shredded carrot on top.
