Delicious Whole Wheat Soya Keema Kulchas Recipe For Healthy Eating

Ingredients

– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 cup finely chopped soya granules
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

Method

1. Combine the whole wheat flour with water in a bowl. Knead until the dough is soft.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, soya granules, and spices. Cook for a few minutes until well mixed.
4. Add chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. Let it cool before using.
5. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball, add the filling, and cook on a hot skillet until golden.
