Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp instant yeast
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup milk, warmed
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 large egg
– 1 cup white chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
– 1/4 cup icing sugar
Method
1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.
2. Pour in warm milk, melted butter, and add the egg. Stir everything together until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it’s smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
4. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle white chocolate chips and pistachios evenly over the surface. Roll it up tightly, then slice the roll into pieces.
5. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
