Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds.
3. Stir in chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, around 5-7 minutes.
4. Toss in broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Pour in soy sauce and honey. Mix well and serve over cooked rice.
