Method

1. Begin by heating a large pan over medium heat and adding a small amount of oil.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are soft.
3. Next, add the chicken breasts to the pan. Cook until they are browned on both sides.
4. Stir in the chopped bell peppers, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
