Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 cup sliced bell peppers
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp ginger paste
– 1 tsp sesame seeds
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, and ginger paste. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
3. Stir in the broccoli and bell peppers. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
