Ingredients
– 500g minced beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 300g pasta
Method
1. In a large pot, cook the minced beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is tender.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain and mix into the beef sauce.
