Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3. Add the diced chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink.
4. Stir in the broccoli and bell pepper, cooking for 5 minutes until they are tender.
5. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, and vegetable broth in a bowl. Pour this mixture into the pan and stir everything well. Cook until the sauce thickens and serve over the cooked rice.
