Ingredients

- 1 cup grated cheese

- 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Spread the coated potatoes onto a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and tender. Stir halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, top with cheese, sour cream, herbs, and bacon bits if using. Serve warm.
