Ingredients

– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 400 ml diced tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 200 g pasta of choice
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
3. Stir in chicken and fry until it’s no longer pink.
4. Toss in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. In another pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
